Edu Arráez is an internationally renowned artist based in Spain. Inspired by his respect for nature, his works convey narratives, places and moods. Arráez draws on his own experiences and the environment around him. He describes his artistic practice as indissolubly linked to "abstract material informalism".
Artist and art high school teacher.
Graduated in Fine Arts and Master in Graphic Design and Publishing, he has been teaching since 2005, beginning his career as Professor of Drawing and Illustration at the School of Arts of Toledo to later teach classes of Artistic and Secondary Baccalaureate in Almansa, Yeste and currently in Yecla (Murcia).
In recent years he has specialized in the portrait in watercolor, oil or charcoal, to finally in 2020, make a profound change of his particular and restless vision of art, entering the world of abstract material informalism.
It has numerous exhibitions both individual and collective throughout the Spanish territory, especially in the east area and Madrid capital.
Arráez is in a very exciting moment of his career, in recent years he has sold work in countries such as Spain, Austria, Greece, the United States or Japan.
