Juan Lebrun. Poet and musician (Caracas, 1997). His book Salmista was recognized at the Rey David Prize for Ibero-American Biblical Poetry in 2021; he received third place in the 7th Rafael Cadenas Young Poetry Contest, organized by La Poeteca and Team Poetero, in 2022. Added to this is the International Young Poetry Prize Ida Gramcko 2024, awarded to his first book. Previously, he published his poems and translations in various Hispanic American and Venezuelan cultural magazines such as Letralia, Prodavinci, El Diario, Poesía, LP5, Revista Culturel de El Salvador, Tiberíades, and Buenos Aires Poetry. He appeared in three anthologies of Venezuelan poetry: Palabras que gotean, Poetas en el galpón, and Cuando pienso en libertad. His poems have been translated into English, Bengali, Italian, and Portuguese.
