El equilibrio entre lo funcional y lo abstracto
Description
This project is built upon the figure of Eileen Gray [1878-1976], an architect and designer from the early 20th century. The work has been formalized through drawings, collage, and paintings, aiming to reflect the arduous yet fruitful journey of a woman in a professional world dominated by men. This circumstance led her to name her Parisian shop Jean Désert, where she exhibited and sold many of her designs. Her ability to excel left a significant mark with her textiles, furniture, accessories, and architecture. René Herbst, much later, remarked, "She was the most gifted of our generation."
